By accessing or using our website or booking a service with Michael’s Mobile Care, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.
2. Services Offered
Michael’s Mobile Care provides on-site automotive repair and diagnostic services to customers located in and around Palm Coast, Florida. Services may include, but are not limited to:
- Routine vehicle maintenance
- Diagnostics and inspections
- Part replacements and repairs
- Emergency roadside assistance
All services are subject to technician availability and confirmation at the time of booking.
3. Booking and Appointments
Appointments may be scheduled by phone. By requesting service, you confirm that:
- You are the legal owner of, or have authority over, the vehicle.
- You have provided accurate information regarding the issue and location.
- You will make the vehicle accessible at the scheduled time.
We reserve the right to decline or reschedule service due to weather, safety concerns, or technician availability.
4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing will be provided before services are performed, based on labor, parts, and service type. Estimates are non-binding until confirmed on-site.
- Payments are due immediately upon completion of service.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.
- A service fee may apply for diagnostic visits or trip charges.
Failure to pay may result in late fees or collection efforts.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by contacting us at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
- No-shows or late cancellations may incur a trip fee.
- Refunds are not issued for completed labor or non-returnable parts.
- If a service is canceled after parts have been ordered, you may be responsible for those costs.
6. Warranty and Liability
6.1 Labor Warranty
We offer a 60-day limited labor warranty on workmanship performed. Warranty does not cover:
- Issues unrelated to the original service
- Customer-supplied parts
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or further mechanical failure
6.2 Limitation of Liability
Michael’s Mobile Care is not responsible for:
- Losses or damages from vehicle failure before or after service
- Pre-existing mechanical issues
- Towing fees, storage costs, or secondary expenses not directly resulting from our negligence
Under no circumstances will our liability exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
7. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide a safe and accessible location for vehicle servicing
- Disclose all relevant vehicle conditions and concerns
- Refrain from interfering with work while services are being performed
Children and pets must be kept away from the work area at all times.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on www.mobilemechanicpalmcoast.com, including logos, text, and media, is the intellectual property of Michael’s Mobile Care and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
9. Third-Party Links
Our website may include links to third-party resources. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of external sites.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate service to any customer for misconduct, abuse of service, non-payment, or behavior that endangers our personnel.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Flagler County, Florida. Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs, except as otherwise required by law.
By using our services, you waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
12. Changes to These Terms
Michael’s Mobile Care may update these Terms at any time. Revisions are effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of any changes.
